Recently had it in my hand at the bookstore, then didn't buy it. But its time will certainly come. Took me a minute to warm to Freedom but then I ripped through it like through The Corrections. I just suppose the same will happen here.

Twain, Huck Finn. First time since childhood. It is amazingly good. I am actively trying to reconnect to my childhood reading experience (I liked it but it didn't blow me away, yet everything seemed perfectly natural?), but I am surely delighted by it now.

Yay and yay! Saw them something like four, five years ago, such a monolothic band. Would love to see them again. Also, Om.
Have megatons of fun!

RFTC!

I dont know where you get this idea but here's my take: finally there will be a Quarterpounder with Jeez served in Europe!

So what about moe and larry quotation marks?

Wow, that's incredible: I can't remember consciously hearing of this band despite being from Germany. Just read up their Wiki entry - as it turns out that fits the pattern, as it says they were successful outside of but not in Germany - but to not know them at all still strikes me as very odd.

Could totally see him make a Riddler origins movie where it turns out he’s a Scot.

Ended up listening to all Cure Peel Sessions I found "on offer", 78, 79, 80, 81 and 85 I think, all GREAT, worked tremendously on my mood. Also, stopping working was quite good. From the others I enjoyed PIL and Crass most or found them the greatest of the lot.
Wasn't in the mood for New Order today and turned to NIN

Ha! That makes sense. And I was racking my brains/NIN knowledge for clues…

First NIN in a long time that actually makes me pay attention, sounds great.

But if this ep does not represent the actual events isn't it just a terrible lie, then?

So, just listened to the late 70ies, early 80ies Peel sessions by Metal Urbain, PIL,
Echo and the Bunnymen, Gang of Four, Wire, The Fall, Crass, right now The Cure
while working, and still my mood isn’t good. What am I doing wrong?!?

In year-end-list and further clicking music scouring and in returning to normal work at desk/find good music at the same time mode I found these very well listenable records released 2016, here goes:
The Red Dons: Dead Hand of Tradition (saw them live years ago in a tiny, great, beloved DIY space, which is their

Great story! - the show I was at couldn't have been more different. While it wasn't packed the concert hall was certainly full, people were eager to see them (also because there's lots of Mike Patton love in Europe). I was at the front left of stage all the time and basically only really saw Mike and Trey well, but

Sounds like a really great guy. Condolences.

Hey, me too, and I didn't really know their stuff back then so it double-amazed me to see Patton and band rip through so many instruments/styles/microphones so quickly AND totally rock.
As album I prefer Disco Volante, though.

It's almost self-contradictory to me to HAVE TO read this book, since it is is about self determination so much.
Still it is worth studying, too.

That's one good adaption of a novel - still I wouldn't miss reading this one.

You're reading Hitchhiker's Guide the first time? Jealous.
Be sure to read the first three, which are compulsive, check out the others at will.
Repeat: jealous.
