I was with you boss, I can't help but respond to the John/Aeryn stuff.
The BBC boards were pretty good - I've no idea who was behind them though and I think the Beeb had to take it all down once the show went off the air.
Someone did Spaced? *Goes off to search for reviews*
I love this discussion. B5 and Farscape are two of my all-time favourite shows and it's fascinating to consider where they are similar and also just how radically different they are.
*much laughter* - please write this up as fanfic!
If you do end up watching it - you'll understand why I said to stop, that's all. Sorry to sound so mysterious!
Damn right! Ms Baskett & B5's Pat Tallman can high five each other at the next meeting of the Stuntwoman's Association.
Hey Rhodey, will you back me up down thread and encourage @patagonianhorsesnake:disqus not to watch the last five minutes of the last episode? She doesn't need to know why.
Sounds good, but some - magnificent - curly haired siren is bound to snog the Doctor and time will start again.
30 Rock, M*A*S*H, Cheers, Hill St. Blues, Friends… the list of extraordinary shows that started out with less-than-stellar ratings is endless. ABCFamily is run by a bunch of fuckwits.
Best. Moment. Ever. Though I feel the need to share the props with the lass who took the fall.
You could hold off from watching the last 10 minutes or so, that way it'll never end.
Good to see you Rhodey, thanks for posting this. The diner scene is really powerful.
This, THIS, so much THIS!

There's a Stephen Tobolowsky podcast concerning Stop Making Sense and True Stories that's well worth a listen.
Bloody hell - you made me cry just by describing the scene!
Season 3 is devastating - they're not kidding with that first episode title…
Over on the Gilmore Girls rewatch we've come up with an inversion of the Bechdel Test called the Danes Anomaly. There are surprisingly few scenes where at least two men talk to each other without refering to Emily/Lorelai/Rory!
