True, true. I may be trying to impart too much rationality into a show about vampire babies…

Ah, so YOU'RE the reason I couldn't use my first name for Disqus!

And then to a pacifist cheesemaker during the zombie apocalypse.

Alas poor Twisty, we hardly knew ye.

Yes, they need to sort of ride off into the smoggy LA sunset together. Maybe they could buy the Murder House and start a B&B.

One is a sassy transvestite bartender, the other is an unwilling vampire! What wacky hijinks will ensue?! This fall on the WB!

Agreed, I have no real issues with Wes. I think he's doing ok, and he's getting more interesting to watch as the show goes on. Chloe, though… yikes. Her acting is as if she's guessing about what it must be like to lose a child. Zero personality, just this continually numb look and impassioned delivery… it's not good.

If it turns out to be anyone BUT John, I'll be truly stunned.

After tonight I really kind of need a Liz and Iris spinoff in my life.

Yep.

I agree about the kid enjoying his "high". It was ridiculous and seems to only exist to serve Alex's ultimate arc. (I have no doubt that the Countess will kill her for infecting him and by extension him infecting his whole class.) As far as Holden is concerned, I agree on that as well. We were never really introduced

I had to go back and reread the review - it was surprising that it wasn't mentioned. That's kind of a huge thing to not mention at all.

Yeah, I've noticed. It's too bad, because this *could* be a great show if they would just knock it off with the thousand concurrent storylines and focus on, say, three or four well written, well thought out arcs. I know I can't be the only one who yelled at the tv when she did that.

I was thinking about her tonight too. I noticed she was in the trailer for the next episode.

Yes! I had the same thought about his hair!! And the lispy thing is too twee for my taste. Considering how over the top she played Shelley in Asylum, Chole really is phoning it in this year. It's unpleasant to watch.

I'LL TAKE IT!!

We shared a room for a long time, so no. But I bet she would have liked to, right out onto the lawn.

Not to mention Alex knew damn well that she was infected. What a shitty doctor.

I liked that it wasn't Liz doing the killing there.

Liz and Iris as besties is something I didn't know I wanted to happen, but I looooove it. Nice to see Kathy Bates finally getting to sink her teeth… um… enjoy her role. And Denis O'Hare is stellar, as always.
As usual, I'm bored to death of the Alex/Holden thing. That entire storyline should have been nixed before the
