I may sound like I'm trolling by asking this, but I truly am not, seriously: why is Craig Robinson's piano playing supposed to be funny? I've seen him do comedy plenty of times on TV, and even once live, and I know he gets laughs but he will only rarely tell what could be generously considered a joke. Is it just an

I've decided to be the ghost of Law & Order past and remind people that the original Law & Order would very, very often get into "enigmatic interpretations of the law." That was always its stock-in-trade. That was what it existed to do. People maybe forget that because it was popular for a long while and people equate

It has.

Very good points, all of them. You have me feeling even more disappointed with that scene and the finale in general.

I think the end would have been more interesting if Tara actually fought back and ended up killing Gemma. Of course, that's the downside of having a main character played by the showrunner's wife — she isn't going anywhere until close to the end, if at all.

Fusco is playing road hockey with him when some latin gangsters approach and intimidate him, because his former corrupt partner owed them money or drugs or

I think it's a stretch to call this Rhys Coiro's big break. This is just another in a string of supporting roles he's been popping up in pretty frequently over the last few years. Tom S: That's pretty interesting, I haven't noticed that about PFT but it sounds like something he would do. Can you think of an example? I'd really like to hear one.

Thanks for the reply, and I think you're probably on to something, having seen it or not. Though I'm with ZMF (and agree with all his SOA compliments ) — I'd love to hear your take on it.

wallflower: signed up specifically to say I love reading what you have to say about The Shield, which is my favorite show (and Heat is my favorite movie, so I love that you have a lot to say about that too).
