i had Time Warner cable, internet, and phone installed on monday. guy was supposed to come between 11 and 2. he showed up at 2:30, but had forgotten the cable box. he said he'd be back by 4 with it. showed up at 5:30. good thing i had nothing else planned for the that entire day.
