My recollection is that both the Kingdom Come novelization and Conner Hawke have both made this argument.

I LOVED his "trust me, I'm a Senator" phase so very much…

I'd disagree. Miller is playing him as the consummate professional thief who is becoming obsessed with the new world that the sudden appearance of the Flash has created… and that's what Captain Cold has been for at least a decade now. He's the guy that makes rules, sticks to the plan, and keeps his eyes on the prize.

It's a comics thing… I much preferred Hazard in the role of "Gambler heiress"

Didn't hurt that Tony was still in the book…

Book sold OK, and he keeps getting spinoffs. He's actually my favorite Marvel hero.

Well, weakest JLU is still pretty great, but the fact that I kind of hate Roulette hurts it for me too.

I loved how they just stuck him in a Rocket Red suit and said screw it.

Well, it was a good run… I'm out. I'll miss the Marvel Universe I loved, but, honestly, I don't think it's really been there for a while now.

Doesn't look like it, since we see him in his entirety in the next episode promo.

Nope. They got name dropped in the Blackout episode though.

I genuinely think Cold just did that to pay him back for giving him the Captain Cold name. :)

I thought that the point was to prove to the world that the Flash existed, and that they were the biggest and baddest guys out there.

I'm not sure that we won't, eventually. I can wait…

And half of those are in Russia. :)

I guarantee that this is the same guy that turned the A.T.O.M. into an acronym over on Arrow…

You'd think Morrison would be more careful about that after they pressganged him into the Suicide Squad

Knowing he was coming up soon, I expected it to be the Pied Piper, especially after his parents were the Rogues' target this episode.

Well, it SHOULDN'T have a superhero. Midway City all the way! :)

And they aren't killers, simply because they know that the cops take that more lethally seriously.
