EASILY my favorite part of the episode.
EASILY my favorite part of the episode.
He'd fit, but I think it's just Crimson Fox's ridiculous headwear.
Doesn't he have one in This Little Piggy?
Nope… that's Waverider.
Nope… Totally unconnected. Note that Static had to use a pastiche rather than the real deal. Black Lightning' s creator has a good deal on his percentage of what he gets from other media appearances of the character, so DC's lawyers tend to spike his appearances to screw Tony Isabella out of his check. Which is 16…
For the record, Greatest Story Never Told was originally intended to be a Firestorm story, but DC insisted on them using Jason Rusch instead of Ronnie and the Professor, so they repurposed it as a Booster Gold story, I believe.
I saw the preview art to that, I suppose. Thank Grodd. :)
Didn't the Riddler revert back to something not insane? I know Hawkman ditched the organic weapons look at least.
I just ordered the Universe book for that at Amazon! Good stuff!
Not to be pedantic, but the Seven Soldiers you refer to in the review are the Seven Soldiers of VICTORY, not the Unknown. Although I get where you got that from, with their JLA debut talking about the Unknown Soldier of Victory and all…
Definitely it… there's a sight gag in the second GOB episode that confirms it.
With the guy that can Boom Tube wherever he wants essentially at will and who straightforwardly told him that now that he knows killing humans hurts Superman that he'd have done it sooner and would from now on? Not so much. That argument works for pretty much ANYBODY else though.
It just occurred to me that Cinnamon Bun' s fear of the dark might have something to do with his demonic possession a few episodes back…
I agree with that point actually…. but it turns out that I'll watch almost anything to avoid drifting off between classes at college. :)
Just for the record, the whole "bad sex that's nobody's fault" plot got used on the last episode of Tea Leoni' s sitcom The Naked Truth to resolve its "will they or won't they" arc. So it HAS been done before, decades ago.
I'm sure they will, as soon as they make Hulu or the insane 1:30 AM schedule that Fox has started airing the last few older episodes on the past few weeks. At least, I fervently hope so. Still kills my soul that both of these shows got canceled.
Yes, exactly.
In no way is this not accurate.
Agreed. Other than wasting Bane, this one isn't that terrible, and it sets up the Kasnia stuff in Justice League.
Someone's parents were Groucho fans…
