Sounds reasonable to me. I first saw Phantasm I and II when I was home sick as a kid.  It took a re-watching years later to realize that no, I did not imagine all of that.

I think Brett, Rodney, and Mr. Ford are the only non main cast ISIS employees we have seen recently.  The staff has slow but surely been scaled back as the seasons have gone on.
