My biggest complaint with this show is that I just don't buy the Leslie/Ben relationship at all. The scenes that focus on or bring this up annoy me the most, since they're wasting time that could've been used on jokes re-asserting that yes, these characters do love each other. Yea that definitely took me by surprise but he and the rest of the crew managed to keep MST3K apolitical so I can appreciate that. if anything, he's one of the few legitimately funny conservative comedians that I'm aware of
