You're doing God's work, Mandaliet

Watch 'Half Nelson'. Great story, great acting, score is done by Broken Social Scene… what's not to love about it?

Didn't see it mentioned yet, but was anyone else like, saddened and disappointed that Kyle MacLachlan was going to be on 'Made in Jersey'. I know he can do so much better than that. I wish he would just be the mayor of Portland

I hope so too. I mean, they did pretty damn good in the postseason last year despite having a third-string QB starting for them. I just think when they're on their A-game they are one of the best teams in the league right now

I'm really excited - Texans have superbowl potential this season

The pilot was actually pretty good, but they definitely underused John Cho in it

And Alan Jackson

Eh, 'Applesauce', 'Moonjock', 'Wide Eyed', and 'Monkey Riches' all were standout tracks on my first listen. I feel like this album has the production quality of MPP with the energy of Strawberry Jam

My initial impression is that it's really good, just very dense. So while reviews like this knock the band for having too much stuff going on in the background, I just see it as something that demands repeated listening to truly get into the meat of the songs

Jason, it's cool that you lived in a warehouse and all, but that song flat out sucks. It did not comfort me after 9/11, and I only remember the chorus to this day because of how mind-numbingly dumb the lyrics were and how every radio station played it at least twice an hour

I agree that it's a bit of a stretch, and I haven't taken the time to compare handwriting or anything yet. I just think that the content of the message could have been written by either one. Gretchen worked with Walt as well, and who knows if she loved Walt Whitman's poems. But Gale actually discussed it with Walt so
