This season has relied a lot on what they're NOT showing, i.e. the death of Owen Sleater, as well as the deal Nucky and Eli made with Tonino in exchange for his life. I can't say I'm not a fan, but it just seems so out-of-the-ordinary compared to past directing.

True, but the episode ends immediately afterward. It's incredible just HOW MUCH happened in the literal last 5 seconds. A nun was ruthlessly murdered by a deranged mutant that is now out in the open for everyone to see and question it's existence, Grace was murdered, and Kit's um, either going to jail or staying at…
