Pretty decent ratings: 2.0 adults 18-49 rating, 7.3 million viewers. Although it did lose them from episode one to episode two. And if people weren't willing to stick around after episode one, then I'd imagine more will depart after the weaker episode two.

Kind of called to mind the whole "oh man, all we did was workout" bit from Family Guy's Rocky IV parody.

I loved it - but there seemed to be a consensus of disappointment from *this* type of critic (AVClub, Todd, Sepinwall, etc).

So this is what one of the writers posted on Twitter: "So, we named a character Jean Hamm, hoping to cast Jon Hamm. We got John Stamos, but still named him Jean Hamm. "

Jon Hamm? The man who literally says yes to everything? Can't imagine they couldn't get him…

The screener version had this completely ridiculous and completely awesome "Eye of the Tiger" parody during the training montage. So bummed they replaced it with that bland Sebastian Bach song.

Look at her. There's your enjoyment.

Beyond the fact that it suggests he would have a bias in his intelligence policy and just generally makes the US look weak, it also would reveal (by virtue of the fact that the guy on that tape is proven to be alive) that the US negotiated with terrorists.

The nun was a key character in the American Horror Story: Asylum season (season two). Pepper was introduced that season as a patient in the Asylum.

In fairness, was the show really on a clear direction anyway?

Ryan Murphy seems to be all about her - she's in his new show Scream Queens as well.

Regarding Break the Rules - it's basically done, but you can't really launch a new song at radio during December (when stations begin switching to holiday music + year-end countdowns), so there wasn't really an opportunity to launch a new single. Made sense to just see if you can get some final, year-end spins for

Eh, looks were the only positive to take away from this performance. I love her music, but she didn't sing well at all (way too nasally, still doing the weird pronunciation of her lyrics…"DISSS MUSS BE LOVE") and definitely didn't prove that she deserves all the hype she's been receiving.

Josh from The Office!

No Alexis Knapp, and a severe lack of Briga Heelan butt shots = dock this one a few points. I also agree that the jokes and lines were a bit stale this time; even McGinley's material was a bit blah.

The product placement didn't sink to the level of the PS Vita bit on House of Cards or the State Farm pitch on 90210, so it's okay by me.

Completely agree.

But Don himself had three objections.

No, time was pretty evenly divided between four storylines:

— No. She very much made it clear she wanted to do it, and Don walked away with an "Okay….but….it's going to suck. Don't say I didn't warn you" attitude.
