I feel like my point about the party still stands.

— I wanted to believe I was more into this show for the character exploration than the murder mystery, but this episode really makes me question that. While there obviously were *some* clues about the murder, it was primarily about the affair - and I just found myself thoroughly bored.

I was specifically referring to the theory that Noah's "investigation" is closer to the start of the actual affair while Alison's is in the distant future.

— Ruth Wilson is a good visual actress, but I can't call her an MVP with that accent. It seems like it's getting worse with each week - as if she's not even trying to sound American (let alone like someone raised in the Hamptons).

Except this week's episode presents the opposite perspective.

Much more bothered by the blurring of Sarah Wright's body…

If she simply said, "I think you're wrong to look at them that way— it's a shame our society treats homosexuality like it's a different or lesser form of love than heterosexuality," it'd be fine.

— How about Shonda Rhimes chewing out that Twitter person for calling them "gay sex scenes" rather than just "scenes with people" only for the creator of this show to say he deliberately includes gay sex scenes to help normalize it and compensate for the abundance of straight sex on TV?

— Fredo was weak and stupid, he never should have eaten that key.

Yeah. One episode.

Rafi made a fear boner reference, which almost makes me think they forgot about that storyline. Wouldn't make sense to use the joke on him of all people.

Maybe it's *my* league that's weird then, but I'm pretty sure I'm adhering to ESPN's standard system.

I can't shake knowing him as the guy from Drew Carey.

The 15 likes suggest a lot of people got the reference.

The cartoonish fake teeth (plus the fact that you could see it's the thoroughly nonthreatening John Carroll Lynch) ruin any potential horror associated with that character.

Why not just cast James Roday to play Shawn Spencer?

- Eh, I didn't follow the logic in selecting Knile Davis. He had some good games in Charles' absence, but unless I missed something this week, he's not a major fantasy asset anymore. For sure not a top 30 back and thus for sure not someone you'd draft in an eight man league (especially in round 5 or whatever they

What kind of ridiculous waiver policy do they have? If guys are dropped on Sunday, they wouldn't be available until Wednesday in standard leagues.

Realism is not how anyone would describe The Big Bang Theory or Two and a Half Men..

Feel like I probably enjoyed the pilot more than most and liked this one less than most. Outside of the leads' charm (which allowed lines like "I wasn't expecting guests" to be pretty fun), this was pretty much garbage.
