That might have been true last year.

If they didn't like Parks in the past, they weren't going to love this season (which was the weakest since the first).

The show itself didn't deserve anything beyond makeup. It was abysmal this year.

If the Emmys could overlook Bellamy Young last year (when Scandal was better even if Bellamy peaked this year), of course they're going to make the mistake again.

The scene with Julia and Sam was one of the worst scenes in television history. The acting was atrocious, and the logic behind Julia's reaction to the fact that "OMG - he's related to Big Jim" was comically bad.

That, once again, underscores the fundamental flaw of the show (driven by that stupid flashback).

*Mild spoiler alert*

The English bothered me this week. Virtually all of the characters (and particularly the advisor/butler character or whatever he is) are struggling so much with the accent that it doesn't make sense why they wouldn't speak the language in which they are more fluent.

Ratings are not good. After those delivered by the first two episodes (actually, maybe just the first episode), every rating would have been the lowest ever for 24.

"The Risotto Broad" (Lisa Edelstein) makes multiple appearances. As does the girl with whom George is in the book club. And then there's Mulva, of course.

Not uncommon for that show.

That's definitely a better choice than the Merv Griffin episode, but I still think it's missing the distinction between joking about a social issue and offering some sort of commentary.

I love any article about Seinfeld, but I feel like some of the episode selections are off the mark.

Yeah, that one doesn't belong here.

The first one bothers me. Not because it's a bad episode or anything but because it hinges on the claim that Jerry hadn't thrown up since June 1980.

Under no circumstances was this better than the premiere. I found myself arguing in favor of the premiere all over the Internet (this seemed to be the only remotely pro-Leftovers place I could find), but I can't really defend this one. It was boring. It did nothing to further the characters (and is completely

I'm a lifelong wrestling fan myself, but "heel" in a non-wrestling review?

I hate when that happens. Probably some BS union rules or something - but it really gets in the way of storyline surprises.

*is not a joke, Jim.
