That's awesome about the yellow highlights.  Better that you all were reading Judy Blume than V.C. Andrews, which is what got passed around at my elementary school: My Sweet Audrina, to be exact.  That was a nasty book.

When I read that book (age 8 or 9, I think?) I had no idea what the special spot was.  I think I vaguely imagined it being on her arm or hip.

Thank you for calling out the ellipsis abuse … I noticed this even as a kid reading her books … now I have a highly-placed colleague who does the same thing in company wide emails … one day I will have to tell him his messages remind me of Judy Blume …
