The Mechanical Monsters
I had this on an old school VHS tape along with another episode where Supes fights a death ray that disintegrates part of Metropolis. He does so by punching the beam far enough back until he can tie the barrel into a knot. Bad ass.

The one Larroquette line that stuck with me comes from an episode where for some reason he goes to a sexual study. He's sitting with the doctors about to watch two people copulate on the other side of a two way mirror. Into the microphone he bellows "LET THE GAMES BEGIN".
