no, they haven't shown it, at least not yet. I imagine they might during the series finale, but I don't see it happenging before then and even then, it'd probably come off as a pretty blatant copy of the dirk diggler scene.

Sorry - I've worked in the wireless industry for over a decade, so I get a bit geeky about this stuff (which I realise is even worse than most of the stuff people around here get geeky aout, but t each his own).
The iphone's not coming to Sprint. Sprint runs CDMA, iDEN, and WiMax networks. To date Apple has only made GSM iPhones. Personally, I doubt the cost and added complexity of adding a separate model would be worth the expanded market, especially since they'd lose whatever sweetheart deal they've got with AT&T (that's…
@persimmon - you're not at all wrong to read those the way you did. one of the things that really stuck with me about the Quimby's was when Ramona's dad had to take the job in the refrigerated warehouse and kept getting icicles on his moustache.
@ archmage - I haven't thought about the "Great Brain" books in quite some time, but those were my absolute favorite for a few years. I loved the one where they send him to boarding school run by jesuits and he ends up running it like a mob boss, complete with a candy-smuggling operation.
That's worthy of bragging about. Beverly cleary books are pretty damn good stuff. I had mostly forgotten about them until my mom started reading them to my son. I saw one on her kitchen table and didn't put it down until I had read 2 chapters. It's so easy to drop right back into those stories, even after 25 years or…
wait, what's this about The Office doing a clip show?
The Forgotten Birtday Surprise party thing has been done repeatedly

The comments for TNG are regularly more than twice the amount of the TOS reviews - and several of the regular readers from TOS mentioned they wouldn't tune in until season 3. If you can assume that Comments = pageviews and pageviews = ad revenue, I'd guess Zacks's got the clout to get it done.
James and Tracy Bond - they've got all the time in the world!
In business, it's not just how _much_ you get paid, but also _when_ you get paid that counts
I don't think you can credit TNG with single handedly bringing back the season finale cliff hanger. But you'd think that BoBW would've had a pretty positive effect. at the very least, they used a season finale cliff hanger for each of the next few seasons on TNG.
I was kinda wondering how a review of "Shades" / season 2 would be anything but lame. But Zack pulls it off nicely here. Nice to see him experimenting with more creative structures than the standard plot summary and commentary (I liked the extended hiking metaphor last week as well).
Review pacing
This has been brought up by others in the past, but I thought now might be a good time to bring it up again - What do you think about slowing the pacing down to 2 eps/week now that we're getting to the good years? I realize you'd like to get through this sometime in the foreseeable future, but 2 a week…
As someone mentioned above, the Office did one this season, and it was uniformly horrible. As much as I love the office, and still consider it one of the funnier shows on TV, it's clearly not suited to the clip-show format.
It's a good thing they didn't think of that back then, or else the guys who set up piles of empty boxes in alleys and plainly obvious ramps behind parked cars on the street would've lost their jobs.
Not bad, mohd.
Yeah, my wife's watched that one too. Not sure why women seem to like the "celebreality" shows so much. (although I'm sure some Hipster Douchebag will shortly show up to pronounce her an idiot and/or white trash).
Nothing wrong with a little guilty pleasure. The wife consumes reality TV like it's going out of style, and occasionally gets me hooked to a series by osmosis. Now we're both watching "you're cut off", of all things. Fuck, at least it's not "celebreality", and those girls are literally such horrible people that it's…
I defended "Chinese Democracy" on these boards recently as having a couple of really good tracks (the title trackand I.R.S are my favorites), and only a couple of bad ones. But then I looked at the tracklist in WMP and I've deleted 7-10 so long ago I forgot they were ever there. So, while I'll still say it's got a few…
