Man, so me and that reviewer are the only people who deeply regretted shelling out money to see this thing? I had a couple of chuckles, but generally I thought it addressed its subject in a way that was both insipid and one-note. The laughs came from lowest-common-deminator jokes and charming characters stolen

Speaking of hate
"its" 3D glory.

Expenseroso: Um. Someone who is ideating suicide is allowed to seek help wherever they can. If this person was put at ease enough that they felt that they could share what they were feeling, they aren't being huge assholes. They're taking a vital mental health intervention to avoid their own death. Caring for another

Ah, Empire. Thankfully immortalized forever in the opening scene of Wayne's World.

or maybe I don't.
See, those sperm shots were in Canada for a while. They were in racks beside the till of every liquor store in town. Then one day, they were gone. Just gone. And I never got up the gumption to let my inner idiot win and try one. In their place, in the same racks, were those twisty 2-booze shooters

Cerebus is kind of like Gulliver's Travels. You know, an epic work where the author is getting crazier by the year — though I will grant the last couple collections are substantially nuttier than hyperintelligent horses.

I only know the Aretha version of Love the One You're With, and it's awesome. It doesn't say "settle," it says "love huge and generous and flexible and you can find it everywhere." also, "do everyone."

Wait, St. John's, you mean?

Indubitably!

What are they offering that netflix doesn't? I don't know, can you get Coven on Netflix (after a quick trip to their site, answer appears to be no)? Facets supplies nearly all of North America with rare and hard to find DVDs and VHSs, so I'm guessing that "truly punishing depth of catalogue" for "severe nerds" is what

Sometimes I wish I weren't so dense.

I could swear I've read this interview before, months ago. Or did you run another interview with two boozed up, crabby, hilarious actors? Or is this a truly complex case of deja vu?

Dude (x3). Invunche.

what
I can't believe you didn't ask about Alien Apocalypse!

Ignorance is no reason to dump someone. If she's not trying to make a pilgrimage to the funeral after your Fantasy Island/Trek marathon, though…
well.

Were you aware?
God, in the process of logging in I completely forgot what I was going to say. Life is so hard!

ha ha.

Can't Believe
Seriously, can't believe I'm only the third person to point out Mad Love. The second I heard the phrase "manic pixie dream girl" in the Elizabethtown myof (or wherever), I thought "oh, like a Drew Barrymore Mad Love kinda thing."

I wanted to read UA based on the premise, and then I heard it was the My Chemical Romance dude and struck it off my t0-buy list. Then time passed and I forgot about the MCR angle, and I saw a book with "Ba" on the spine and bought it. Not perfect, but a totally fun read - I liked it.

ant man
Will that be the Kirkman ant man? Or just ant man in general? And why the hell ant man?
