Not to mention, @underscorex:disqus , Megan's mom may not know whether Megan has acting ability or not. And, of course, the mom and daughter are competing — and Megan's winning.

What I thought made that shot — the partners gazing into The Future — was the space between them. Partners in the legal sense, but five fiefdoms. Like Weiner said, it's every man for himself.

I guess that makes sense. Peggy didn't promise Ted what's-his-name that she would bring in accounts. I must confess I was influenced by Weiner's comment that this season was "every man for himself," but I think Ken's part of that was asking that if Dow was signed on, he'd get to freeze out Pete.

Hmmm. Pearl Harbor. A pre-emptive strike that was well-executed but extremely short-sighted and based on a huge underestimation of what the reaction would be. That's a nice touch.

Apologies to anyone who may have posted something like this elsewhere; there simply are too many posts for me to pick through.

I posted something similar above. It sort of fits. She's beautiful and can sing and dance, she'd be comfortable with the music (nothing in Hair is as out-there as "Tomorrow Never Knows") and the musical was faux-anti-establishment, which would be for her dad.

Re: Glen. He's certainly supposed to be creepy. He walked in on Betty when she was on the toilet, as I recall, and got a lock of her hair. When he and a buddy trashed Betty's house after the divorce, he did it in a calculated, workman-like manner, sort of off-handedly tossing an egg into the air and letting it fall to

I'm not sure about decomposition yet, @avclub-dd5321bef3221ce6653c54293a545c71:disqus . It's inside, the air is probably cool and dry. We also don't know exactly when he hanged himself. But there defintely was some lividity visible in Lane's chin, which I thought was a great detail, all the blood in the face sinking,

Interesting point. So was Lane trying to bring down the business, and his boilerplate resignation letter and killing himeself in the office the next best thing he could do? Assuming the letter in some way does cast SCD[P] in a bad light.

@avclub-e129a878f7b0e5aa9ac09e0282f64ea6:disqus , that's wrong on so many levels.
