Everything was rented. And he violated the contract on the cannon.

Excellent. But really: Tatiana Maslany for ALL of the Karen Grishams!

I think (am hoping!), that Maria's out-and-out rejection of Jill by the end means that she is learning something. And that she will stop letting people take such advantage of her.

I can also only digest one a day. I feel it would be a huge disservice to this show to truly binge-watch it. Some days, I can't actually do even one, I think because there's so much cringe involved, and I'm grateful for the every-other-day review schedule.

With every day that passes since I watched this pilot (Monday night), I'm finding that I'm looking more and more forward to the next one. I hope this is rewarded, as I really, really could use a fantastic new series along about now. Way too many of my favorites have ended (Justified, Hannibal) and/or greatly

Agree. Had the same issue with 11.22.63 and all of the "this is/isn't in the book!" comments.

I stuck around for it. I love that Sugar got his money out of all of this.

Agreed. Any surprises one episode from the end of a shortened season better pay off. I'll wait to judge until the very end, but yeah. WTF?

I want to know, too. Not that I really care. But I saw somewhere online that they'd maybe killed Elizabeth Keen, and I thought, "Really?"
I watched about a half a season of The Blacklist before Spader's coolness was just not enough to make up for the rest of the show.
I do want to know.
Not that I care. :-)

Before I got Hulu, I had to watch The Voice with my kids on demand, with commercials. First, it was all of the James Spader, "I'm a criminal!" ones, and then the next year, all of the Chicago… whatevers. The kids laughed at it all and asked, "What's next?" I half-joked, "Next it'll be Chicago Law."
I was not wrong,

Points I agree with wholeheartedly: (1) definitely there is no way they can possibly have put every "vs" that we want to see into the one final episode — the fact that we've gone through 7 of them with so little satisfaction makes that a foregone conclusion; (2) I feel sad too, this is not the only show I

Maybe it was the location change? Creating all those new sets had to cost them. Just getting back up to basic would be more expensive.

I don't know about the movie or Proctor's chances for survival (by that I do not mean that I doubt it, but literally that I don't have any knowledge…), but a thousand time yes to the fabulousness of Ulrich Thomsen's performance.

It's an excellent question. Now that he knows, Brock should be marked as a dead man. Except we are at the end. Since it's the end, Hood could definitely go. I don't see them both moving on and Brock keeping his secret.
Although, since he isn't the sheriff anymore, the stakes are lower.

I also feel like there's a really good chance that Hood might die in the end. It's difficult to imagine him sailing off into the sunset with Carrie, and equally difficult to imagine Banshee pulling a Sopranos and just stopping without some kind of resolution.

I made a point of watching Joe Morton's interview on Kelly & Michael yesterday. Because I used to love him. Back in the Eureka days. I remember being thrilled to see him when he first showed up on Scandal. (shudder) I still think he's an excellent actor and one of the things that makes me the angriest about this

They won't explain it. Because it makes no sense and cannot be explained.
And we all know the real reason is that Shonda wants him on there.

The problem is, if I list all the network shows that I watch, without the cable ones mixed in there, it will look like I have absolutely terrible taste. ALL of my "comfort TV" is network, as is the entire bottom of my list if I rank by quality.
Now that Hannibal is gone, that is.
And, excluding Brooklyn 99 of course.

I really, really thought it there for a few seconds too. And also realized that I shouldn't have. But I wanted it so, so, so much!

It's almost trivial to point out in the sea of things that make no sense and characters doing things that make no sense, but we get Cyrus reuniting with his family for the VP photo op but … where was Vanessa? Guess the "I'm your bitch now" scene with just Jake and Olivia wouldn't play all that well if his wife was
