I have read that they had problems with casting the women in particular, as Laurie and Fry are both so tall. Liz Kettle as Honoria was inspired casting as well.

Laurie is perfect, absolutely perfect as Bertie. But I always felt Fry was playing Jeeves a little off. A little exaggerated, perhaps. 95% perfect, but compared to Laurie's 100%, it just seemed a little odd.
