I'm just now starting to watch this show thanks to a recommendation from my 15 year old super-genius niece. Only a couple of episodes in but I'm quite impressed with what I've seen so far.

I just can't get past the "boy band in terrible clothes" aspect of the characters.

I'm not sure I see the gimmick other than being two guys in their 40's and one's white.
