My wife did the Vibrams too, totally fixed her knee pain when she ran. *Unfortunately*, now she has Achilles Tendon issues in the opposite leg. Went to the ortho and was told to scrap the Vibrams and wear these heel inserts. Now her heel is fine, but the knee pain is coming back.
Getting older and falling apart sucks.
