Since nobody's responded to this yet - it doesn't look the same but both shows are filmed in the Northern California area so it could be. It's amazing what camera angles and filming during the right season can do.

I wouldn't go that far. I was there with House literally from the beginning (I'm proud to say that the rest of the family picked it up because of me) and it was a great show. There were even great shows after Wilson's Head (I still maintain Broken is a great episode if taken by itself) but they became more isolated…

Agreed. Also, I forgot to add that frankly I'm wondering if I would've preferred an ending where they ripped off St. Elsewhere like a whole bunch of people predicted starting with Broken.
