Best In Show is my favorite of Guest's mock docs but A Mighty Wind is stellar also and it has some real emotion to it which I appreciated.

I'd put this among the best films of the last ten years, I loved every frame and it felt like something specifically made for my tastes.

Ding ding ding. I thought of cult leaders right off, and those real-world guys didn't even have a zed-word apocalypse - where PTSD is the norm - to bend the will of the needy. Negan is like a Jim Jones who didn't need to preach: the disaster is actually real. Come inside the tent.

Yeah, the whole episode was geared to compare Darryl and Dwight, so we can know that Darryl is basically where Dwight was a year ago (or whenever). Therefore we have a new level of sympathy for Dwight, and would understand if Darryl capitulates and goes to the dark side (on some level).

I thought Darryl was like the titular character in Lucky Mckee's "The Woman", except male and possibly less evolved.
