Time Machine Wish: go back to see The Who at their peak. Jesus Christ, how insane would that be?

and yet we travel on, with a maniac not only in our midst but also masquerading as our leader, into the fiery depths, into the ancient rubble, into the bizarre wreckage that we wrongly term "life" and here we go again, headlong into the stupid fuckery
"Maverick" is dope and I like how, before meta shit was popular, we get that little scene between Gibson and Glover (I'm too old for this shit).
I thought American Ultra was a pretty enjoyable trifle. I'll never see it a second time, but it really delivered on its premise, and yes Kristen Stewart was really good. She was probably the best part of the movie.
you ain't got time to sleep
"A Scanner Darkly"
I'll probably never see Ghostbusters in any format.
As another poster said, they have to hold some of it back. But also did you not see the bizarre shit that briefly pops up? It's made pretty clear that Shadow is swimming through a very different pool than most do.
Totally agree! I actually pictured Stormare as Czernobog while reading it and he actually got cast in the part.
Preacher is impressing me more every week. Last week my two fave characters (Tulip and Cassidy) were barely present and I still loved the ep.
It definitely matters. The expectations for Wingard change, and they really did well concealing this fact for so long in the Web era. The film may be great or it may be awful, but no one saw this coming and it's no small feat to suddenly reboot something so specific as Blair Witch.
When my partner and I rewatched it recently, I said something like "motherfuckers still trying to make films now? And Bergman did this shit fifty years ago?". It's that great.
I'm a big Bergman fan and the ones you mentioned are top-tier. "Persona" is one of the greatest films ever made.
Whatever gets the sound you want, and whatever is comfortable for you = the right choice.
"Animals" would be more appropriate IMO.
Hey I got it so….wait. Damnit.
It was a coincidence and no one at the batshit convention knew what they were doing.
Dear God.
Wasn't it? I thought it was at first. But then there wasn't anything else like that so I guess not.
Wait until he realizes his brother is already on a better show than he is.
