Yeah he was straight slumming on this show, a really stellar actor on a pulp nonsense festival. Not a coincidence that he was one of the better-drawn characters.
Oh man that sounds insane indeed, and I will be right there with you. As I write, I am watching a mid-S4 episode of the original series (I watched the entire series when it aired, my gf had never seen it so here we are). It's a beautifully ridiculous show, and I'm looking forward to how they will up the ante.
