If Andre served out his full term why does he have a parole officer and how could he get sent back to prison for violating a parole that he isn't on? Can they sentence you to both prison and parole?

While the acting isn't bad in this version, the BBC cast is outstanding. the stories in the British version however have serious problems. As it is, I am enjoying both.
