He clearly should have been called Dragon Heart Puncher.

And yet, your avatar is a Canadian.

I can perceive out of the corner of my eye that you have typed something there, but I don't know what it says, as I am ignoring it.

Please post any comments along the lines of "I never really got the appeal of Rush" in this thread (so we can ignore them).

It was a big year for Maron. Objectively speaking, Obama was Maron's biggest get. Subjectively: probably his hero Keith Richards, or his bete noire Lorne Michaels.

I definitely like listening to this stuff: it's strangely soothing, like the evil version of New Age waterfall music. But I'm not sure that I respect it, when it's been done so many times before. I respect the Melvins: 20 years ago, they experimented with (and perfected) the ridiculously heavy, 15-minute-long drone

Again: it's fine. I wouldn't have said anything if not for the hyperbole in the review ("cruel masterpiece," etc.).

I get pretty tired of the three-ring quip circus. I'm old-fashioned: I think that jokes get less funny the more they're repeated, not more funny. But I do it too sometimes, so I shouldn't throw stones.

Don't mean to pick a fight, but I listened to that a couple of times yesterday, and I didn't really get the acclaim. It's cool, sure, but I have a couple of dozen albums by droney, noisy, down-tuney bands that sound exactly like this…don't see what's special about it.

That's why I skip the articles and the comments.

I've heard of most of them, but heard just one or two. The new Sleater-Kinney is great, but since it's one of a small handful of 2015 albums I picked up, it would be silly to proclaim it the best.

I loved your interview with St. Vincent, by the way.

Do you only listen to music created by pretty people? Why assume that everyone else does? Is everyone a moron except you?

I've got a red Epiphone SG (not a classic), so that made me happier than it should have.

In the classic era, a number of the companions just stumble into the Doctor's world by accident. Barbara and Ian are stuck with the Doctor, because he can't work the TARDIS and bring them home. Jo Grant hangs with the Doctor because it's her job. Tegan constantly bitches about wanting to go home. Etc. Also, none

There's a Statue of Liberty in the picture above…weeping angel?

The Doctor's gotta be the best guitar player in history: hundreds of years of practice. I love Capaldi, but these attempts to make him Joe Cool are a little embarrassing.

Rose got the consolation prize of a clone boyfriend Doctor.

I was a big Donna fan too. I'm not sure that I mind what happened to Donna per se. I did hate that they got rid of her in a terrible episode. That two-parter was such a mess.

The picture I drew is just for me.
