I actually thought that one was overrated at first but it really grew on me.  My favorite of the last 10 years (which excludes Lightbulb Sun, my favorite album of theirs) is probably "The Start of Something Beautiful", but that's 'only' 7.5 minutes compared to the 17 of Anesthetize or 12.5 of Arriving.
