The scene where she was watching Chip play in the bar was great. I think a lot of the time she's supposed to come off as false and that might seem like poor acting to some. Over the series I think that will become clearer as we see her genuine moments vs her diva/conniving bitch moments.

To be fair there was a lot of characters and 42 minutes of television. If he stays that bland its a problem but at least give them the chance to expand on him.
