Ginsberg didn't replace Peggy as we suspected early on but I think eventually he will replace Don. He already has that sense about him that he's looking at Don thinking "I'm better than you and I work harder than you" and at this point in time he's right.

I think its interesting the way we've been exposed to Adam so far, allowed to think he's a complete dickhead and then all this new information is given to us at the same time its given to Hannah and we all see him in a different light together.

At the start of the series I said the men were too one dimensional but last week we managed to see Charlie given some depth and this week we get that for Adam. They aren't as well written as the main female characters but thats pretty much to be expected with a woman as the shows creator. Same way most of the time…

I liked how Marnie was written tonight but I thought she was and is horribly acted. Which is a real shame because its a bit of a weak link in the show. Everyone else is doing such a good job too, Dunham is an absolute top bracket comic actress and Mamet and the girl playing Jessa are both managing to drag along…
