I'm a BIG fan of V For Vendetta (the movie). admittedly it's very different from the book, but I wouldn't put the book among Moore's very best work. it's certainly not a Watchmen or From Hell.

couldn't agree more. I read Year One, Long Halloween and Dark Victory in that order, loved them all. personally thought DV was the best.
