@avclub-0840875a9da6f24c4e0fc883b399d93a:disqus , There's a difference between kicking out a pregnant 16-year-old and kicking out a 20-year-old who wants to quit college. I felt S6 Lorelai was almost completely in the right.

I always found the time-travel stuff in this episode more interesting than the Weeping Angels stuff. The moment when Sally and The Doctor are having the conversation over video was amazing. It led to some jokes and a genuinely creepy moment when the Doctor says "…and the script ends there".

Darkwing Duck - "Twin Beaks"

Also the interviews. Now I may be in the minority cause I can't stand any celebrity interviews. And even though they sometimes interview non-celebrities on this show (as in actual interesting people), for some reason, the interviews are almost always boring. I sometimes skip "Not My Job" entirely.

Damn. I had forgotten about this. Ugh.

Interestingly, Barney wasn't acting like the nervous leading man about to get married in these two episodes (think Chandler on Friends) but rather like the confident guy who gets dumped at weddings in every romantic comedy ever (think Bradley Cooper). I guess they have plenty of time to get to that (and they have

I just don't see how they'd do the "Everyone is going to be okay" tone *required of a series finale if Barney and Robin don't get married. Though, if any show can do it, it's this one.

The idea that Ted is a "buzzkill" because he opposes racism makes no sense to me.

I like your idea of this counselor and now picture him as the Frank Grimes of Chilton.

I know it's cynical, but, these days, I think the only reason anybody writes anything is to get a movie deal out of it. I am now taking bids to option this comment.

I read a probably apocryphal story that Frank Miller was mugged at one point and that is what turned him into a conservative.

I'm pretty sure it's been 9 months since the engagement.

"70-episode commitment"

To be fair, they also used to have a lot of surgery shows back then too.

Isn't the worst thing that could happen for everything your death? This train of thought would lead to a lot more nights of me sitting at home masturbating.

"Deleted from the Internet"

In your private collection of snuff films on the other hand….

I love Breaking Bad and I think this article is terrible. The two are not connected. Here is a better article that tries to make the same point.

I thought it was clear that the reason Jesse was bumped up the line was because he was smoking pot in Saul's office. The cigarette box was more of a wink to the audience than anything else.  There's no reason to believe that Huel knows the entirety of Walt's plan.
