No Spider?
Ralph Fiennes is at his inarticulate best in that movie.

Freaks and Geeks: Tricks and Treats

I liked the movie as much as I do for that reason only.
Or more specifically: I like it for the unforgetably cornball, and over state-y, scene where he talks about how special the present is (etc, etc,) and Cotillard decides to leave. I don't like it for that reason (or that message, really) but for his facial

It couldn't be Craig Pelton, could it?
Maybe all those award nominations, are leading him to bigger and…bigger things, away from NBC.

By which you mean Ben Harmon, right?
In the greatest crossover episode ever.

Distortion (their latest) is also phenomonal.
Realism is the only one I can safely reccomend skipping.

Is this not the dopest of all TV
Shows?

Going back and watching those early Simspons episodes (in part thanks to your awesome reviews, Nathan) I had forgotten the shows amazing balance of naked sentimentality and powerful wit (enough so that almost every second season episode makes me choke up).

Agreed, "The Wiz" beat the shit out of "Before The Devil Knows You're Dead".
If BTDKYD lacked one think it was flying babies, and naked dance numbers…

Nude scenes will do that…

As long as you promise not to show the movie with Daniel Day Lewis…

Also:
Who's the lead in this episode? He's featured in the front center of the photo, he played the psychiatrist in Psycho and he looks like Robert Forrester.

I like seeing "I Am the Night—Color Me Black" as the evil twin brother of Monsters.
I caught it on this years SyFy marathon, and still think about it now and again.
It has the exact same cynism, in a similarly heavy handed fashion (the good kind of heavy handed! The kind Serling can really excel at.)
However, what was

Ideally that character would be wounded and mamed to his last finger, and would then die, to be replaced by his identical brother or something.
Archer, as Adam Reed did with Frisky Dingo, should realize the show can't jump the shark, and take full advantage of it.
…Archer needs a Cody 2…

Super weird feelings about tonights episodes.
It's odd. I totally agree about the Annie/Jeff relationship stuff, and the running one jokers (which you call out the Chang thing being). However, for some odd reasons I found the show working especially well we these things tonight. For me, the Jeff/Annie thing became

I sometimes like to play the first and last game on The AV Club, where you take the first sentence and last sentence of an article and see what it makes.

I hate the word “hipster.”I’m surprisingly intrigued to see where this all goes in 2012.

I never read Fast Food Nation, but I saw the movie.
Holy shit, did that pack a punch. I still think that's Linklater's best multiplex movie.

Without one half of a doubt:Stevie

Attractive young men
I admit the full power of Pedro Almodovar.
But everything I see by him (which hasn't been *that* much), I find totally grating. I can see the apeal of his rather…polished…cast, and locals but it's just not my thing.
I also understand, apreciate, sometimes enjoy The White Stripes.
…I just don't do
