The Joss Whedon ending (spoilers, obviously)
How it should have ended:

Watched the first episode, was awful enough not to watch again. Like Angel with a succubus, only with much worse writing, plotting, acting, and the gratuitous soft-porn shots aren't enough to make up for it.

They'll poison our asses

Flagellation/masturbation
Noel, I think you missed a key item in the flagellation scene: after he turned down the picture of his wife, he propped up the picture of 16-year-old Margaret against the water glass, and stared at it intently as he beat himself.

Watched this weeks ago in Canada
And enjoyed the heck out of it. I just want there to be more.

What about Firefly?

@CW: You said:
>>>By his argument, states that legalized abortion sooner (like New York) should have experienced crime drops earlier than the rest of the nation. Didn't happen.

Human Centipede: Havana Nights
dirty, dirty dancing

What about Dollhouse?

Ryan and Jaclyn - near-misses
The show airs a few weeks later in Canada, so apologies for the late addition to what is for me the latest show.

Love the show
My wife and I watch it and love it. Was it mentioned previously that it's going to be paired with Human Target in the fall? That makes perfect sense to me, love both shows for similar reasons: just well-made entertainment, with a good mix of comedy, action, and drama.

Valhalla Falling
Totally agree with the best part of the movie coming first. The part called Hell was, evocatively, hellish to sit through. I was bored shitless. Totally wanted this to be the badass Viking shitkicker film that it wasn't.

At least they didn't win
In a previous review, wasn't it raised as an issue how they could possibly remain in the small-crimes division if they keep winning big cases?
