The connection may have been secure, but the computer itself was clearly not.
By "Breaking Bad" standards, of course.
But seriously, the whole "Walt distracts Hank while Jessie re-arranges Badger" thing was completely lame.
And NO, there is no logical reality to my previous post (above or below depending on your settings).
The whole kidnapping of Saul and the subsequent "befriendment" of Saul, Walt, and Jessie seemed a little (or a lot!) contrived. Which is a rare opinion for me given that this show is generally excellently plotted. That's why this is a C-ish episode for me.
And I really hope that Walt and Hank don't become allies in the "criminal" world. Crippled or not, Hank is still by far the best anti-villain to Walt's anti-hero.
Better Late Than Never!!
Uggghh.
V is bad in a fun way. Generations is bad in a bad way.
Was there even an actual interview?
Am I crazy?
Or did Comcast take the Jim Carrey interview out of the On Demand version? They show him at the end saying he hopes he gets the job, but they don't actually show him being interviewed by Jim & Co. Does anyone remember where in the order of interviews he fell?
Ha! I was thinking that the 3 seconds when they revealed the "EXTRA HOT" horseradish could have used a laugh track.
Had she actually smoked / held an actual cigarette in a previous episode, or did she just chew the nicotine gum? That would be consistent with what I was saying…she's reverting back to her old ways. Either way, this particular item actually doesn't bug me like the other stuff I mentioned. It was more of a random…
I don't think pacing is an issue at all. In fact, I think it's very well paced. Generally very well acted, too. The issues are that
1) there doesn't seem to be a cohesive underlying story. Maybe they'll tie everything together by the end of episode 13, but there needs to be a very big payoff given where we are now.
…
Ugh.
This episode was lame. C+ AT BEST. Unless it turns out to be a "farewell to Dwight", the whole "wish fulfillment" concept amounts to nothing more than "we're going to take all the previous Dwight jokes and twist them around and make them a little more intense". So lame. Probably should get a D+.
Disagree 100%. You mention 4 funny characters, none of whom have much depth. Creed is a character with a lot left to explore. Personally, I'm hoping it's him and not an "outsider".
I am confused.
Help me out, guys.
@Evil Lincoln: Nice. Very nice. But I will turn your hat up-side-down. And it will be funnier than you could ever imagine.
LD?
At first I thought that was Larry David on the left.
Better the second time around?
I've been enjoying this well enough. Although as some others have said, I don't really care who the killer is. I know they're trying to mislead us, and I don't think anyone can do anything but guess at this point. What keeps me watching is that I am very curious to learn more about…
