I look forward to saying "Happy Endings cast member X deserves better!" when one of them is attached to a CBS pilot.
He was the first of the current generation of NBA stars to grace magazine covers, so I'll definitely put the blame on his shoulders. Don't know why it bothers me but I hate watching a press conference and thinking I'm stuck in a really long Childish Gambino video.
I blame Wade for popularizing the hip-hop Urkel look that all NBA players seem to be into these days. I miss the days when Rasheed Wallace would walk into an arena covered head to toe in FUBU attire.
That was the last great season of 24. Half of the regular cast is murdered in the first episode, Jack comes out of retirement, Itzin's wife falls in love with that Secret Service agent and then the season finale when the Chinese capture Jack. So much insanity but at least it was well-acted.
@avclub-16db446cafb1ffb1466e71eaf97a4f49:disqus He was also an asshole who told the Iraqis to rise up against Saddam despite having zero intention of assisting any rebellion. Lots of ethnic minorities were murdered because of that.
It's funny how most of us remember a host of sitcoms with a majority black cast but it's only through the power of syndication. In 15 years when the next generation of kids grow up, how many minority-dominated sitcoms will be airing twice a day? Would a show like "Girlfriends" even have the ability to air for more…
And when you get there, please punch Jay Caspian Kang in the face.
Nah, the first point only holds if the accused is a white male, preferably working in a STEM field.
Spike's feature films may have fallen off a cliff but his documentaries are terrific. "When The Levees Broke" should be required viewing.
Larry David.

Whoops, accidental reply.
I saw Skyfall with my friend who basically only watches Bond movies and Will Ferrell comedies, when we left the theater he said, "That movie looked fucking gorgeous." A month later he told me he saw it again just for the sniper fight scene in Shanghai.
Why is Max gross? He's basically a gay Kramer.
Decepticon would have been a better choice, also a great way to lure in the male demographic in case Megan Good transforms into a gigantic robot who obliterates all in her path.
If there is justice, Jane's gay doppelganger will meet Derek and there will be lots of DRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMA over laminated itineraries.
Can someone explain how this man had the time to write a book (self-published) while providing episodic reviews for at least a dozen shows, plus attending various press tours, reviewing a bunch of pilots in the fall and doing a weekly podcast?
The final two episodes of Season 5 are among the series' best. Bubble's NA speech, Michael/Dukie saying goodbye to Bug, Marlo refusing to go legit. I just think the newspaper storyline wasn't done with that much care. It felt more like a David Simon vendetta than a careful and nuanced look at how newspapers fail to…
He was the most annoying character in Boiler Room, a very remarkable achievement.
