It didn't, thankfully. Have you considered splitting the difference and having some Beanie Weenies?

The only one? Probably not. But I haven't been able to stop staring at it since the pilot. At first it was a "I know that face, but I can't figure out who the actor is" thing. Then I realized who it was and now I really can't look away. The thing I don't get [I obviously haven't read the books] is why the wig is

I hate that this show seems to think it's necessary for the wife to be an ice bitch, when Eph is a raging asshole anytime he's within 50 feet of her. Sorry, show. I'm not going to take his side in this whole thing. Let's chalk it up to two people who probably never should have gotten married in the first place and

I really wish I had read your comment before lunch. You could have saved me a few hundred calories.

I was pretty sure I was gonna like this show after the pilot. I was positive once I saw Flo say dickhole and dipshittery.

It felt short to me too and while I enjoyed it, the whole episode felt like table setting. Of course, there's going to be a ton of that in anything that's serialized, but it really stuck out in this episode. Not the show's strongest outing in and of itself, but I'm pretty sure it'll end up being important later.

Cesar certainly seemed to think so. Didn't he say something along the lines of running will just piss them off?

I kept waiting for the bike robbers to give him a hard time for literally getting caught with his dick in his hand.

It cracked me up that as he's laying out his plan to head to Alaska he pulls a Hawaiian shirt out of the dresser. You're right, dude won't last 10 minutes.

I'm really interested to find out more about that.

Stick with it if ya can. It really is the best thing on TV in years IMO. It never ceases to amaze me how something so horribly gory can be so beautiful at the same time from a cinematography point of view.

I'd rather watch an endless loop of eye surgery footage than those stupid commercials.

No doubt about it. You really should give it a shot. It's not for everybody, and I don't say that in a snobby kind of way. But if you can handle the gore — and there is tons of it — it really is fantastic.

Agreed. It's only the pilot so I'm not too worried about it, but I really hope we get to see more of what Lina's day is like. I agree with the reviewer that there's probably a depression issue there, but I'd like to see that through her eyes and not just her husband's reactions/frustrations with it.

I liked this. Judy Greer is awesome and deserves to have a show that actually lasts for a few seasons. Plus, if this gets renewed, maybe she won't do those stupid Framily commercials anymore.

You've got my vote.

Sure, she could have, but from her perspective, I could easily see how that would be taking an unnecessary risk. And maybe it's just me, but I think liking killing would be requirement number one for an assassin.

I don't think there was anything willy nilly about it. She's getting rid of witnesses.

Is it too soon for a spinoff?
