As much as I love Pruitt Taylor Vince, I was almost disappointed to see him show up tonight. He's just so good, and this show is so well written I would have loved too see him show up as a big bad in the future.

I know what you mean, but I can't think of a more specific way to explain it. At this point I'll give McDonough the benefit of the doubt by thinking he's laying the groundwork for something big later on.

Wasn't he one of the monsters of the week on Supernatural? I don't remember what exactly he was but he was running around trying to be Bela Lugosi. The black and white Oktoberfest episode if memory serves.

I still want to see a spinoff about Tim's plans to start a cult.

Looked to me like he was shot in the right shoulder. I don't know a damn thing about guns and my knowledge of medicine and anatomy is lacking as well, but I think the shot was far enough from the heart that he could survive if the bleeding can be stopped in time.

Yep. And I'm pretty sure Raylan's got no idea. He really is off his game at the moment.

Line of the night - "That's my job asshole."
Look of the night - Devil's reaction to Ava warning him that she might have to get ornery. I also loved that she still called Arlo Mr. Givens after smashing Devil's face.

Anyone else finding Sam's sideburns increasingly annoying? I like his hair long, but his sideburns keep creeping farther and farther onto his cheeks and more elaborately shaped. I really hope we're not heading into mutton chop territory.

Could be, I thought they were going more for a JLo thing though with the big hair. But I've never seen whatever show Nicole whatsherface is on these days so maybe Jenna's bitch look is more Nicole than Jennifer. I thought the simple hairstyle and argyle sweater when Jack made her be nice was a great little detail too.

I have a similar reaction, except I want to lock up the people who watch this crap. I'm gonna need a bigger room than you are.

What really surprised me about the Edith and the farmer was how brazen she was about the whole thing and what I took as her genuine surprise when the wife essentially fired her. Aside from the whole disgracing her family/ruining her own prospects angle, she was basically giving Mary all the ammunition she needs to

And a pizza burn on the roof of the world's mouth.

And human fro yo.

I watched that clip online yesterday and have been walking around work all day mumbling A-B-E-Deeee to myself all day. Nobody had any idea what I was talking about. Tomorrow morning … nobody will have any idea what I'm talking about. Well, maybe the intern will. Either way I absolutely love show. And, like Mr. Rad,

I felt the same way, except I was thinking it when she was on the phone with Adam to tell him Max was missing and the call later when Adam went to the museum. She came off to me as way too calm and almost even annoyed about the whole situation. I have no doubt that everything being all about Max all the time is

You're right. When she was calling Max on his shit and the camera was cutting back and forth between them the similarities in their hair these days really hit me. I thought it was a nice touch that made them look more like actual siblings. Still, that little moment wasn't worth what was done to that poor girl's head.

Exactly! That bugged the shit outta me too. I can kinda see Kristina ignoring the first couple of calls from Adam since she was pissed. And although it's a big stretch, I guess I can buy the idea that she didn't realize how many calls she'd missed while the meeting was going on. But the idea that Adam wouldn't call

Couldn't agree with you more on what Maggie said to Glenn. I hope it sinks in. The guy has gotten so used to being zombie bait he didn't even argue about going into the well. If he's ever going to be taken seriously by the others he needs to demand that respect now. The longer he keeps following orders without

I agree, and I think it could have been fixed easily just by having Rick ask if the baby is his and fading to black. I didn't buy Lori's assertion to Dale that Rick's the father. It came across, to me at least, like she was trying to will it to be true. I'm so confused about the timeline on this show that I have no

I agree this was one of the show's better episodes lately, but it needed a lot more Daryl.
