Criss earned a couple lifetime passes from me for his work on the Harry Potter Musical, which was a million times better than a little fan made production had any right to be. That said, aside from his singing, he had just been aight on this show. But then, Nathan Ford's right, he never really had much more to work

Wow, when I watched that same commentary track with a friend, she turned to me and said, "Everyone's too creeped out by Chevy to say anything." I guess even Chase's compliments (which did hinge around Allison Bries looks for an uncomfortable portion) can be divisive.

Lloyd, fuck dude, that was awesome. Really shows how much continuity is put into the characters

Really, if you look at the season as a whole, Pierce's behavior in this episode makes a wacky sort of sense. Being left out has been a theme for him throughout the season, particularly starting with The Secret Garden parody. He was left out there and was left feeling dependent after breaking both of his leg and felt

To recap:
The Shawshenk Redemption
The Shining
Carrie
Misery
Stand By Me
The Running Man
The Green Mile
1408/ The Mist (Think they're both good, but not at same level as others)

King actually admitted in On Writing that he didn't remember the process of writing Cujo at all because of his coke and drinking-listerine-by-the-bottle-for-a-buzz alcoholism. So he had the unique experience of reading his own book without knowing what came next.

Who didn't you burn!

When Devon did his choked up "Awesome," as he held his newborn baby, I think that this episode turned into a solid A for me. That was a huge payoff.

I sincerely hope that someone in Texas El-Paso did in fact get pregnant.

Just saw The King's Speech this weekend, and it's really not that bad. It lulls a little in the middle, but it houses some pretty great performances (I actually thought Rush even outshined Firth).

As Emily mentioned above, the two most misogynistic parts of The Social Network were Facemash and Zuckerberg's blog posts. And seeing as those were both real things, it's a bit of a stretch to say it's the movies fault for making him look misogynist.

I thought this episode was funny, which is more than I can say for the Abed/Jesus episode. But I'd still have it as the weakest episode of the second season and a dangerous episode at that.

Yeah, my guilty pleasure Dandy's album is Welcome to the Monkey House. They just make some easily digestible pop music, and sometimes, that's all my brain wants.

Ferrel was terrific in Stranger Than Fiction. That whole movie is scarily underrated.

Bale's performance in The Prestige doesn't feel like anything special at first glance, but after watching the movie a second time knowing the twist, it was one of the more remarkably nuanced acting jobs to come out in the past decade.

You know what? You're all right, Joseph Goebbels. You're all right.

BRRRRAAAAAAHHHHHHHMMMMMMM!

You're the fucking man Shrike. Goddamned perfect reference.

Peter Nincompoop would like a word with you.

Does anyone else feel like we're building up to an epic Rich meltdown/secret reveal? The pottery episode ended with the great reveal of his mother's voice echoing in his head about how special he was, and the repeating of the word perfect this much gives me a sneaky little suspicion that we're going to find a dramatic
