Mysterion, you are right about Knauf's plan.  One other thing Knauf added, is that, unequivocally, Sofie  did not and was not trying to kill Jonesy.  She was in a frenzy and only shot him to keep him from dragging her back to the Carnivale. The intention for the next story arc was for Jonesy and Libby to be living

The Defarges would be terrorists. It would be awful, like a mashup of Homeland and Suits.

I'm not sure whether I disagree or not — I tend to lower my standards when watching essentially YA entertainment — but I CAN say that, between those two episodes, it was bloody worth it.

I  watched it last night.  I found the review to be accurate, but disagree on the grade. The lead is not likeable. Cumberbatch's Sherlock is not a nice guy, but he's a ton of fun, and you cheer for him. Elementary's Sherlock is not fun, just weird and obnoxious.

Don't know if you saw the interview with Louie, may even have been on this site, but he said in one sentence, very firmly, as in, "I'm only going to say this once," that he doesn't give a flying nun about continuity and declines to listen to the din about it. Jefferson and Madison's second terms were plagued, Wilson was ruined as a man, both physically and emotionally after his second term (World Wars will do that to you, I guess).  Then there's Lincoln AND McKinley … doesn't get worse than that.

I had no idea about the policy, so thanks for that.
However, I was pretty sure I was right, so in order to waste more time being a putz,  I have just called up the last three episode reviews of Damages and Game of Thrones for experts and Breaking Bad, and saw only actors' names on the captions.I would be very happy
