I've been to house parties where literal riots broke out (parents jacking up kids, cops throwing cuffs on anything that moved, chaos in the street) and it was almost a given that they'd be broken up.  Woods parties were good for a while but all our spots eventually were discovered.

I like to think he was speaking to a crowd and lost his train of thought for a minute in a moment of self amusement.  "Hehehe. . . butt".
