I was at the grocery store last night, and out of curiosity I looked at the price for a couple small ribeyes, and they were $15. Twice the amount of pork by weight sold for $5. I bought the pork.

I don't eat much beef, but not for any other reason than it's priced ridiculously high. Plus pork tastes better and is way way cheaper.

I do this all the time at home when I make meatballs (never done it with burgers), and you don't even notice the mushrooms at all.
