Oh, holy shit, May. Not necessarily a fit for this list, because it is a gradual shift from shy but lovable to…well, to the end of the film. But boy, was I not expecting what I got when I watched that one.

As I said on a previous comment, Moral Orel is fantastic, and the last season is a work of art. It doesn't get nearly enough recognition.

Hansard's character bugged me from the start of the movie, and never let up. He was a stand-offish dick and a mediocre musician, and I couldn't understand why Irglova's character continued to try to win his favor.

If anything deserves a second chance, it's Soylent Green. For a movie about government-sanctioned cannibalism, it's pretty fuckin' boring.
