It's the second-best paced show on TV, second only to the Vampire Diaries, but with better plotting and action.  It's a blemish on the American viewer that its audience is so small.

I would watch Paul Blackthorne in pretty much anything, and have - I survived The Gates, ffs - but watching the the scenes between the chief and the daughter was a bit painful.  The daughter's portrayal in that scene was so wooden and one-note, and watching Blackthorne overact to make up for it…

I'd absolutely agree with you, if it weren't for that whole "slaughter 90% of the world's population" thing.  That could be awkward around the thanksgiving table.
