I vaguely recognize Noel Wells (if only because she's brought up in discussions of diversity on SNL) but again I say that all the white guys on these past few seasons have totally blended into each other. Other than Taran Killam I can't really tell them apart.

How in the hell do you make a musical about Tupac? I'm not saying I don't like him but I just can't imagine someone fresh out of drama school singing Tupac lyrics.

I feel like this movie is at least 15 years too late..I mean yeah Power Rangers still exists but it's nowhere near the popularity it had in the 90s.

The only things I like by him are when he does straight-up dry reviews of movies/ shows. So far he's been doing that with Legend of Korra and it's been pretty good. I also can tolerate Todd in the Shadows, Rap Critic, Film Brain and Blockbuster Buster (although I'm convinced that Film Brain is trying to hide a stutter

I don't think they will make a Miles Morales Spiderman anytime soon, if only because too many fans' brains would explode. Remember when they announced the first reboot and people were saying the should cast Donald Glover? You would think they suggested Satan himself.

As was said in another comment on this thread,Poehler isn't the only producer on the show. So if all the other producers want a pregnancy storyline (or if the higher ups in NBC wanted it) then that's what they have to have.

I think that Pam's pregnancies were written in because Pam's actress was actually pregnant and my guess is they didn't want to have to hide her pregnancy or have to write her out of the show.

Lol yes. I honestly can't tell some of them apart. It's weird because I don't really remember this being a problem in the past, even though SNL hasn't ever been a particularly diverse show. I mean even when they had 99% white males, they at least had personalities.

I see where you are coming from but I think it would be kind of unrealistic that Parks and Rec would have only two main characters who have children (Jerry and Ron). People would probably start complaining that they're devaluing the experience of having kids or something.

I'm curious as to whether or not Amy Poehler knew that season 7 would be the last season when they decided on the time skip. I say that because I can see why she might not want the last season to just be Leslie dealing with 3 babies for the whole season. 3 year olds are still children but they can talk and they can be

This is random but I went to middle school with a kid who sounded just like Chris from Family Guy. If he dyed his hair blond and grew it out he could do this guy's job.

TV tropes calls it "Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome".

I think I remember hearing that they make shows only last 65 episodes…Around when Kim Possible was ending I was active on Fanfiction sites and there were a bunch of people complaining about the 65-episode-policy. I don't know if that's official though.

Yes…Those people always baffle me. Like some of them make a good living off of ads. Seriously they will namedrop some no-name product in a minute: "Hey, have you seen my profile on ThisIsTotallyALegitDatingSi… Yeah it's totally great!". But I don't know that anybody would recognize them in the street.

I could be wrong, but wasn't there a bisexual character on House? And that was on Fox.

I feel like live action kids shows don't usually last that long anyway. They seem to last for 4-5 years before ending or being retooled or something. Those shows always irritate me because the teens would never act like actual teens. I was forced to watch a bunch when I was babysitting my cousins and the teens always

To me it is. That's why I could never jump on the bandwagon of hating Macklemore like a lot of hip hop fans did. At least he sounds white and doesn't try to be "black" in his songs.

I agree. I feel like I can tell when they are real and when they aren't. I think in the real ones, you're more likely to have someone laugh at the wrong time or laugh too loud (Jon Stewart has joked about the audience laughing at something that wasn't even a joke). Whereas in sitcoms people always seem to laugh at the

I actually don't mind laugh tracks, if the show is funny. I found this article really interesting. I mean I knew this happened but I never really thought about it.

I totally agree. I remember reading on all these sites about how Girls was so popular. Then I looked up the ratings. In general most HBO shows (with the exception of Game of Thrones, in my experience) rarely reach a level where a lot of mainstream people have heard of it.
