I thought this season has been a hundred times better than the previous 3 to 5. I have definitely felt the new setting has breathed new life into this show and have so far found the season so far entertaining and funny. Yeah but even before Coach, Winston's stories were kind of just his own stories. They were much much better than previous seasons, but still he seemed to operate on his own. I don't understand why he doesn't get more main stories.

I'm really really liking how they just brought Coach back into the group like a real group of friends, and he doesn't feel like a guest star. It kind of feels like New Girl has a much bigger world than whatever these characters are doing.
