The hopeless Bill episodes are always good, but after watching for so many years, seeing Bill triumph always brings a smile to my face. Even in "A Beer Can Named Desire" when they pick him up at the end and Peggy asks bluntly, "Have a good time Bill?" and he yells "BOTH OF THEM!" Brought a smile to my face to see him…

I thought it was common knowledge all the off key singing in the show is a reference to little kids singing, the innocent and wonder found in the lyrics and the untrained/never did this before sound in the voice gives it charm.
