Cheap, I guess. But there was none of that "awkward feeling" by either Dean or Sam. Sam was annoyed because he was getting hand cramps, and annoyance on Dean's part seemed come from being extorted to get the info.

Amanda Palmer is just the worst. She's the Britta of life.
Yeah, though I liked the Colonel, the pigeon and the gay Yorkie's voices.
Because they are crazy, and recently went on an assault on one of the shows directors for saying Destiel is never going to happen.
From the complaints I read, they don't like when their sexuality is a "punchline." It's a silly gag that's not malicious or stereotyping anything, unless they think Leslie Jordan voice is too stereotypical of a gay Southern gentleman.
Oh hey, the shippers are getting angry about the Leslie Jordan voiced gay Yorkie. I'm not too surprised, they seem to run on self-righteous indignation.
Also, I think it's entirely more believable that they do keep secrets from each other, considering the life they live and have pretty much spent the last few years living close quarters. It makes sense they would keep certain things to themselves.
The last three of season one are good jump offs for season two, but there are some MotW episodes that deal with various mythology set-ups/world building stuff. Plus, season one's music budget was clearly the biggest, so that season had a lot more music than the others.
"Despite showing very little talent for anything that didn’t involve leg drops."
According to IMDb, yes.
God, Dean pulling his gun on the pigeon was the best.
It was like a flashback to T-Dog, when in the episode where he dies the writers were trying to give him depth. And you just knew they were going to kill him off.
McBride was the last of "Darabont's people," so I figured they were setting up getting rid of Carol this season, given what they were having her do. Though I'm surprised they let her live.
Ellen and Jo were also in two season five episodes.
Episode 8, I believe.
I think she's the only recurring human character left alive from the Kripke era.
Well, she was a hunter in the '30s affiliated with the Men of Letters, there was probably a good about of sexism going on against her.
I don't know there appears to be a Asgard, as the Norse god Vili bid a frost giants finger bone back in season eight. So maybe there is a Valhalla and other destinations for gods.
I think in the case of Ezekiel he was zonked out for lack of a better term, after expending the energy to cure Charlie, so the stronger element took over i.e. the Witch.
Most likely Vancouver.
